Here are some cool features of our church.

No Stairs!

Every space is wheelchair, walker, and stroller accessible. If you have limited mobility, or a little one hanging out in their stroller, you’ll be able to get around the whole campus.

Reserved Parking for Visitors

Every Sunday morning, the best parking spots are reserved for first-time visitors. If you want to come and visit, we have a spot for you!

But, speaking of…

So Much Parking!

We have a ton of parking! It’s crazy how much parking we have. You can’t even see it all in this picture. You’ll think “wait, have I left Los Angeles? I’ve never experienced this much simple and accessible parking in Los Angeles!”

Great Signage

You can’t get lost on our campus, as there’s great signage everywhere. We want to make people feel welcome by making it easy to get around.

Assistive Listening Devices

With our slim and easy-to-use assistive listening devices, you’ll be able to hear every bit of the Worship Service. We have nice headphones available for use, or you can bring your own.

A Super-Fun Nursery

We have a fully-stocked nursery, with lots of toys and activities for young children. During the Worship Service, our well-trained nursery attendant/Sunday School teacher will watch and play with your young one.

The Parent Pew

Speaking of young ones, there’s a pew right outside the nursery, so you can watch your child and participate in the Worship Service at the same time!

The Cry Room

Sometimes the little ones just need to cry it out—during the middle of the sermon. No biggie: we have a special room for that. The Cry Room is special place for parents and kids, where you won’t be heard by the rest of the congregation, but you can still see, hear, and participate in all of the Worship Service.

A Vintage Stage

Our Fellowship Hall has tons of vintage, mid-century charm, and it features a great stage, ready for a powerful performance. In fact, Jerry and Dick Van Dyke once performed on this stage as part of a fundraiser for the church!

But honestly, the coolest thing about our church is that God is present and active here, working with and through a congregation full of kind, generous, and welcoming people. Come and experience God’s presence at St James!
